First impressions aren't auspicious but sure it is a solidly built brick which is 18mm deep and 3.5inch screen slides back with an excellent QWERTY keyboard.The linux based Maemo is flexible and makes Symbian look frankly awful.Instant messages are displayed alongside SMS in conversations tab and very simple to synch contact information across apps.It would have been useful to have emails alongside tweets and facebook updates.
